Highest GST Collection at Rs 1.06 Lakh Crore in March FY 2018-19 - GST NEWS
New Delhi. In March, the GST collection record was Rs. 1 lakh 6 thousand 577 crore. It is by far the highest. The previous record is 1 lakh 3 thousand 458 crore rupees. In April 2018 there was so much collection. Even in January this year, the figure reached Rs. 1 lakh crore. So far, GST collection has reached Rs. 1 lakh crore or more above GST since its inception.
GST Collection in March
Monthly average collection in last financial year was Rs 98,114 crore
In one year, 15.6% growth in GST collection has been recorded. In March 2018, the government had received Rs 92,167 crore from GST. Monthly average GST collection in the financial year 2018-19 was 98,114 crores.
